October 2017 Favorites

Another month gone, another month begins. September flew by so fast, and it seems so is the rest of 2017. It’s hard to believe that it’s been six months since I started this blog and that it’s only two till the new year. Crazy how fast time goes by, but that’s why it’s important to cherish every moment we’re given. No one wants to spend the majority of their days getting ready. So I’m here to share my favorites from the month that made getting ready a little quicker.

bareMinerals Paint The Town Lip Duo – This combo is legit the perfect red lip for the holidays. It’s a true blue red, so it works for us pale-as-Casper-the-ghost ladies who tend to turn into Joker when we wear a red. It’s beautiful, it’s merry, and it’s bright, and should be in your makeup bag ASAP!

Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Treatment – This treatment is a life saver for us lazy hair ladies. I don’t do much of anything with my hair besides washing it and leave it be. That said, tying it back 99% of the time leads to some damage through the layers. This treatment keeps my hair tangle free and looking flawless between cuts. Definitely a holy grail hair product.

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Powder – I adore this powder. I’ve been trying really hard to keep from using powders with Talc in them as they can tend to dry my skin out. This one keeps the oils at bay and my makeup lasts all day, but it has a wonderful silky texture and none of the chalky powdery look others can give.

Juice Beauty Antioxidant Moisturizer – This is definitely a game changer skincare product, and a must-have for the upcoming cold months. Check the full review out here.

Urban Decay Anti-Aging Eyeshadow Primer – I love Urban Decay eyeshadow primers, they always do the job extremely well. The anti-aging one isn’t all that different from the original, but I don’t see any harm in trying to prevent saggy eyes early, do you? If you’ve been having trouble with eyeshadow creasing, you should pick one up. They’ll completely change your eyeshadow game. (Side Note: The travel size lasts just as long as the full size, and is a heck of a lot cheaper.)

See ya next time!
